Tickets for events being held as part of Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival are on
sale now. These events are being run by business for business, with the aim to increase
inward investment, and to help the region's economy grow. The festival will place the region
front and centre of the UK's business agenda as the Knowledge Capital of the UK and the
beacon for inward investment. The festival covers eight key business sectors all of which will
have a number of events to showcase the innovative work within the region. Read more

With over 80 events expected to run between 20th November and 1st December and around
7,500 attendees, 20% of which coming from outside of the region. The Festival has had
some amazing event applications forming its programme, including:
- For entrepreneurs and SMEs Coventry University are hosting ‘How to Start Your Own
Business: Essentials Workshop’ on 28th November. There will be discussions on a
number of areas including developing your business idea, finance, and business
planning. This is a great opportunity to get some free advice about your business,

- Learn how to make Brexit work your company at Coombe Abbey on 22nd November.
To help guide you through how to safeguard your business during Brexit; local
business leaders will explain the risks and opportunities it could provide to the

- Help excite and motivate the next generation of business leaders. The Careers &
Enterprise Company are hosting an event for year 10 and year 12 students, to give
them an opportunity to meet with around 75 employers at the ‘Career Speed
Networking Event for Schools’. This is an exciting chance for students to get an idea
of the different careers that are available to them, and help them to understand the
